KLINGER Maxiprofile Kammprofile Gasket (còn được gọi là gasket kim loại kammprofile), là một loại vòng đệm làm kín kết hợp giữa lõi kim loại và vật liệu mềm có tác dụng làm kín như graphite, PTFE, mica... được sử dụng phổ biến trong ngành công nghiệp đóng tàu, trong các lò trao đổi nhiệt, dùng thay thế như một sự nâng cấp cho các ứng dụng đang sử dụng vòng đệm Metal Jacketed Gasket.

Vòng đệm Kammprofile Maxiprofile Gasket với những ưu điểm như: 
• Làm kín toàn vẹn trong điều kiện nhiệt độ cao hoặc thay đổi nhiệt liên tục, áp lực lên đến 250 bar, hoặc chịu tác động cơ học từ bên ngoài. 

• Dùng trong mặt bích có bề mặt hạn chế hoặc lực siết bu lông thấp. Khi lực siết bu lông không đều, vòng đệm vẫn hiệu quả trong làm kín so với các loại gasket thông thường. 
• Lớp phủ mềm bề mặt ngăn chặn sự phá hủy mặt bích, có thể tái sử dụng vòng đệm Kammprofie bằng cách chỉ cần thay mới lớp phủ mềm bề mặt. 
• Dễ dàng cài đặt và điều chỉnh, thích hợp với nhiều môi trường vận hành công nghiệp.
