Klinger Topchem 2005

KLINGER TOPCHEM 2005 (còn được gọi là tấm bìa giấy Klinger Top-chem 2005), là vật liệu gioăng đệm không amiăng có thành phần chính là PTFE, được lựa chọn sử dụng phổ biến trong ngành công nghiệp hóa chất.

Characteristic & main applications

KLINGER®top-chem 2005 has excellent chemical resistance in strongly acidic applications and is suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industry.

It has good mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads. It is the economical alternative when using modified PTFE gaskets.

Material

PTFE with inorganic fillers.

pT diagrams

The Klinger pT diagram provides guidelines for determining the suitability of a particular gasket material for a specific application based on the operating temperature and pressure only. Always refer to the chemical resistance of the gasket to the fluid.

Dimensions of the standard sheets

Sizes: 1500 x 1500 mm

Thicknesses: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm; other thicknesses and sizes on request.

Thickness acc. DIN 28091-1, length ± 50 mm, width ± 50 mm

Function and durability

The performance and service life of KLINGER gaskets depend in large measure on proper storage and fitting, factors beyond the manufacture’s control. We can, however, vouch for the excellent quality of our products. With this in mind, please also observe our installation instructions.
