Conventional ball valves protrude out from the vessel sidewall, resulting in excess area within the valve inlet for fluid to stagnate (remain in the valve after draining).

This 3-piece, full port ball valve design is available in sizes up to 8" and is made in 316L SS.

The inlet connection is designed to be welded to the vessel and the outlet connection can be any one of the following connection types:

• Threaded
• Socket
• Tri-Clamp
• Tube
• Butt Weld
• 150# RF ANSI flanged

PTFE cavity fillers can be added, which fills the area between the ball and valve body to minimize trapped fluid which results in a more sanitary design.

The integral actuator mounting pad makes mounting an actuator easy.
