KLINGER style K466M is a KLINGER®-Lock packing, produced from high quality, self-lubricating carbon yarn, dipped in PTFE and finished with Moly.

HP steam valves

Due to the nature of the construction of this packing, it will not burn, blaze or fail due to loss of lubrication.
The excellent heat transfer capabilities of the carbon yarn, along with the lubricant used, makes Klinger K466M ideal for high temperature and pressure applications.

5/ Packing ring set and compressed packing

Die-formed graphite rings are made of low-sulphur expanded graphite without any filers or binders.

Die -formed graphite rings are compressed in precise moulding tools to the required density.

It is made from the high purity of the material(>99%). no special corrosion protection is required.

In general, die-formed graphite ring has square section and also has V-shaped and wedge-shaped section.

Die -formed graphite ring are suitable for high pressure sealing.

Our extensive product line for optimal sealing and operational safety encompasses seal rings as individual parts or paired with mating rings. The materials we use for this are carbon, silicon carbide (SiC) and cast chrome in the following combinations:

Based on our years of experience in the manufacture and processing of these products and upon repeated requests from our customers, we have set up a special service for you: repairing mechanical seals of all types, models, and manufacturers. This also includes finishing processes such as polishing. All carbon parts required originate from KLINGER Bartsch’s own manufacture, ensuring highest quality.
